Yesterday On 21st Dec 2022 morning I called up and took an appointment for same day evening 7:30 pm. for my tinnitus problem.

In my visit Dr Jaydeep Mankani gave me good information and some tablets on my health issue and advised me to do Audiogram anytime in future.

I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. NO ISSUES AT ALL.

Then I came out and asked the lady (who was taking appointments) to give me an appointment for Audiogram.

She said any day in the morning time, as we don't do Audiogram in the evening.

I said I have problem taking time early in the morning.

Still she finally convinced me to take next day (22nd Dec 2022) Morning 11 O'clock appointment for Audiogram.

Today (22nd Dec 2022) with lot of personal problems I got up early and reached there sharp 10:45 am.

At 11 O'clock This new attendant girl sent other patient in the doctors cabin. (That was ok for me as, little bit here and there is no problem)

BUT at 11:05 am 2 ladies came and told the attendant girl that they have 11 am appointment. Till this time I was ok and I gave my seat to these ladies as a courtesy.

Then the girl who was attending visitors told me that your turn is after these ladies.

I was shocked. How can you do that?

I had been waiting there since 10:45 and now my turn is after them who came just now?

(Just imagine minimum 20 minutes for one patient)

This was total injustice to me.

I told her that I was allotted 11 am appointment,

Still she said they also (Other 2 ladies) have 11 am appointment.

Then I said why 2 appointments same time?

What is the meaning of an appointment?

I don't have any problem how many appointments you allot at the same time, but at-least have a courtesy to give the priority who comes first and waiting there for long time.

So instead of making a scene there, I just got up and came home.

Decided not to visit this place again.

*** ** ****** ****** ** ******* I had issue of wax - it was hard inside due to which unable to hear and there was a blank voice…Prior to this, I had shown to one of doc but unable to take this out for 2 weeks. But this doc has done miracle. He did it just in 5 min. Rich experience and skills of this doctor plays a huge role here. Thanks to him. Recommendable.

Straight away suggested for a Operation ***** ** *** ****** ****** ****** ******* *** ****** ** ******** ********* The doctor was in a hurry to close the discussion so that he could take on the next patient !!! Not happy at all ….

It was good… he explained me my ear problem and recommended right treatment… i am happy with the visit

**** ******* he listened with patience. He has done process of wax removal without any pain and discomfort.

Very nice. He assured that it was treatable and prescribed medicines that were readily available. Very happy.

Kind and helpful. Very polite explained properly and advised not to worry and relax.

Proper prescription was giving.

Good experience. Was suffering from sore throat. Hopefully will feel better soon. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Doctor quickly diagnosed problem...And suggested remedy

Consulting was quite good. He explained the problem very well.

Doctor was rude , system not placed get irritated when I opted paytm for payment.. Charged me extra fees then what practo fixed.. Avoid him not at all empathy for patients **** ******* *** ** *** **** *** *** ****** *** ********* ***
